MZX REMOTE is a Windows based software tool for remote service and support and MZX detection panels.
MZX REMOTE provides a full function fire panel repeater running on a PC either locally or over dial up telephone lines.
Providing the operator has the correct passwords MZX REMOTE allows all operator, manager, service and engineer functions available at the panel to be provided at the PC. This allows the customer or the service organisation to provide remote assistance, service and limited configuration assistance to the installation.
MZX REMOTE is available as a stand-alone software application for service operations.
Alternatively we are able to provide consultancy and assistance in implementing MZX REMOTE as an integrated part of a central station and service centre system. |
